Manager Group Membership Rules

1. Active Status: Membership is open exclusively to individuals who are currently active in their roles as Community Association Managers or Board Members. Proof of active status may be requested upon application or periodically to maintain membership.
2. Practicing Professionals: Applicants must be actively engaged in the management or governance of community associations. This includes involvement in decision-making, administration, and operational activities relevant to community associations.

• Application Submission: Interested individuals must apply for membership by applying in the designated link above. The application must include verifiable information that demonstrates the applicant's current active and practicing status as a Community Association Manager or Board Member.
• Verification: Our team will review applications to verify the eligibility of each applicant. This process includes confirming the active and practicing status of the applicant within the community association management field.
• Approval: Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be notified of their membership approval. Denied applicants will receive a notification with the reason for denial.
